Wait... Can I read your WHOLE book for free, or just part of it??

THE WHOLE THING! You can read Tickets to Karasvale in its ENTIRETY for FREE

Why is it free?

Because the website it's on, Swoon Reads, is a FREE site for people to read polished (but not 100% finished) manuscripts, to hopefully get them noticed and traditionally published.

How does it work?

When you read a manuscript on Swoon Reads, you can make comments as you enjoy it, and you can also rate it and review it when you're done. The manuscripts with the highest number of high ratings will be reviewed by editors from Macmillan Publishing for a possible paid publishing deal! So if you read a manuscript on Swoon Reads that you like, make sure to give it a good rating and review so it can get noticed!

Can I read it on my ereader?

You can read it on your computer, phone, or tablet. If you read it on a mobile device, there is a free app that you can download to make your reading experience easier. I've read one manuscript myself on my phone, and started another one on my computer. I find that I like reading on my computer better because there are more words to each page that way. And I spend a lot of time on my computer anyway, so what's a bit more time each day to read a book and help out an author trying to get published?

What's the book about?

You can click here to go the info page about the book, but in short it's a light-fantasy story in an Amsterdam-inspired city, that involves troubled teens, magic, stealing, murder, betrayal, and love.

How long do I have to read it?

It will be up at least until October. If it doesn't get noticed by then, I do have the option to keep it up longer, but it's always best if a manuscript is noticed in the first six months. So if you can read it before October 2019, that would be amazing and super helpful!
